Dec. 7, 1994--ELI ECO LOGIC INC.(CANADIAN DEALING NETWORK:ELII)("Eco Logic") and Science Applications International Corp. ("SAIC") announce that they have entered into a strategic marketing agreement for marketing the Eco Logic Process and other environmental technologies which the two companies may develop. The Eco Logic Process is a proprietary, patented mobile environmental technology which can destroy toxic, organic hazardous waste through a chemical reduction process at a competitive cost. The Eco Logic Process was extensively tested under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) Program at a public demonstration in Bay City, Michigan, during 1992. In July 1994, the EPA released its technology evaluation report which found that "the demonstration confirmed the feasibility of the process for treatment of materials contaminated with PCBs and other organic compounds in an environmentally acceptable manner."
