• place on the part of LOUIS 18th, and sentence has been carried into execution on LABEDOYERE. His appeal was heard on Saturday, and found wanting; though it was asserted as a matter of notoriety by his Council, and appears to have been uncontradicted by the Revisers, that "his defence was incomplete," and "he had been interrupted in the middle of his speech."
