• The role of human potential is at the core of the genesis of sustainable economic performance. The level and the intensity of organizational human potential are a function of three main components: human energy, actors' behaviours in professional life and their competencies. They are essential in the socioeconomic management (SEAM) theory of organization. Observing organizations shows that human potential is suffering from a life cycle phenomena. SEAM with its insistence on proximity's dialogues, is searching to better integrate the minority to the decision-making process in the framework of a collaborative and participative process on the field democracy. Human potential is highlighted as the sole active principle in the business world and the key factor of the democratic reflex of collective commitment. Socially responsible capitalism (SRC) recognizes the benefits of the natural capacity of autonomy of individuals and teams that allows them, by cooperating with others, to cultivate dignity in professional and personal life.
