  • Known for leading Culinary Team USA during the early 1990s, former Walt Disney World foodservice veteran Keith Keogh returned home to Florida this April. He assumed duties as senior vice president of culinary and beverage excellence at the 660-plus-unit Red Lobster chain. Keogh's appointment capped a 32-year career that had taken him around the world as a research chef, team competitor and culinary ambassador during his presidency of the American Culinary Federation and World Association of Cooks Societies. In an interview he talks about his career and the responsibilities of his position at Red Lobster.
