  • In this experiment, we measured the content of oleanolic acid in the 10 samples of different producing areas, in order to provide reference for the quality control and standard drafting of A. aspera. 2 Materials and methods 2.1 Experimental instrument Instrument used in this experiment mainly included L600 low speed centrifuge ( Hunan Xiangyi Centrifuge Instrument Co. , Ltd. ) , TGL-16G centrifuge ( Shanghai Anting Scientific Instrument Factory, KQ5200B ultrasonic cleaner (Kunshan Ultrasonic Instruments Co. , Ltd. ) , Direct-Q® suv ( Sartorius Sartorius Scientific Instruments ( Beijing) Co. , Ltd. ) , DHG-9203A-series electro-thermostatic drying oven (Shanghai keelrein instruments Co. , Ltd. ) , HWS-21 electroheating thermostatic water bath ( Shanghai Keelrein Instruments Co. , Ltd. ) , and Agilent 1260 (American Agilent Company). 3 Experimental materials The 10 batches of A. aspera materials used in this experiment were collected from Nanning City (Mashan, Yilingyan, Sitang, and Luocun ) , Hechi City (Xuanzhou and Luocheng) , Jinxiu of Liuzhou City, Longsheng County of Guilin City, Beiliu County of Yulin City, Zhangxian of Chongqing, and were identified by Liao Yuekui Senior Laboratory of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as dry roots and rhizome of A. aspera L. 3Result analysis 3.1 Chromatographic conditions Mobile phase; acetonitrile: water = 61:39; detection wavelength; 210 nm; flow rate; 1 гп1У min; column temperature; 3511; column; Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm X 4.6 mm, 5 pm). According to this experiment, this method is high in precision , stability, reproducibility, and sample recovery rate of oleanolic acid. The content of oleanolic acid in A. aspera produced in different areas is in the range of 0. [...]it is recommended that the oleanolic acid content of A. aspera should not be lower than 0.20%.
