• This volume contains the papers that were presented at the ACM Recommender Systems Challenge Workshop 2021, which was held at ACM RecSys 2021, 15th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 27th September-1st October 2021. The authors of these papers participated in the RecSys Challenge 2021 by designing and implementing a model that predicts the engagement type (i.e., Like, Reply, Retweet, and Retweet with comment) undertaken by a user on Twitter. On Twitter, users post and engage with content known as "Tweets".
