  • The Second International Conference on Networking, Information Systems and Security (NISS2019) is a conference series which is multidisciplinary international conference organized by the Mediterranean Association of Sciences and Technologies (Medi-AST) in partnership with the Faculty of Sciences of Rabat and The INPT (National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications). NISS is a comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in Information systems, Security and Networking Technologies. The Conference was an opportunity to assembly scientists, researchers and industrial engineers in order to discuss and exchange experimental or theoretical results, novel designs, work-inprogress, experiences, case studies, and trend-setting ideas in the area of networking, information systems and security. The submitted papers content original ideas and papers describing results and developments from both researchers and practitioners in fields addressing directions in the following interdisciplinary topics: Networking, Information Systems & Intelligence, Security and Digital Forensics. NISS19 attracted a good number of high-quality submissions: the overall acceptance rate for full papers was around 44%. All the accepted papers are of very high quality, but 3 papers were nominated for the Best Papers Award. The Best Paper Award was presented at the conference ang given to the best paper titled "Resource Allocation in Pre-5G Cellular Systems", for the authors: Sara Riahi and Azzeddine Riahi. The second-best Paper Award was given to the paper titled: "Secret Sharing Scheme with Efficient Cheating Detection" to the authors Daniel Becerra and Gerardo Vega. The third best Paper Award was given to the paper titled: "A data modeling approach for classification problems: an application in bank telemarketing prediction" to the authors Cédric Stéphane Tekouabou Koumetio, Walid Cherif and Hassan Silkan.
