• Yetersiz radyografik ve tomografik değerlendirme sonrasında cerrahi rehber stent hazırlanmadan yapılan implant destekli protezler çeşitli problemleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu problemler protetik restorasyonların giriş yolunun sağlanamaması, yetersiz retansiyon ve stabilitedir. Bu çalışmada, uygunsuz açılamayla yerleştirilen implantlar üzerine hazırlanan köprü protezi ve labial barlı kroşe bağlantılı restorasyon kullanan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Bu olguda protezin retansiyon ve stabilitesini sağlayabilmek amacıyla labial bar kullanılmış, estetik kusurlarına rağmen hastanın çiğneme fonksiyonları iade edilmiştir. Implant supported prostheses fabricated without surgical guiding stents after inappropriate radiographic and tomographic evaluation result in various complications. These complications are inaccurate insertion path, insufficient retention and poor stability. In this article a case using a fixed partial denture supported with incorrectly angulated dental implants and a labial bar major connector is presented. In this case a labial bar was used in order to provide the retention and stability of the prosthes, and chewing function was returned despite esthetic deficiencies.
