• In view of the complex surface system and scattered production capacity construction of Huabei Oilfield, the integrated skid-mounted produced liquid treatment device and treatment technology with multiple field coupling action were formed by the use of electromagnetic viscosity reduction technology, pulse demulsification technology, high-frequency electric field coalescence dehydration technology and other produced liquid treatment technologies. The integrated skip-mounted produced water treatment technology was creatively formed by adopting the closed pressurized swirling flow air flotation technology, embedded swirling-flow dual-media filtration technology, ultra-fine fiber bundle filtration technology and skid-mounted advanced modularization technology. These technologies can effectively improve the efficiency of oilfield development, realize rapid production construction, and achieve the double standards of oil and water treatment.
