  • University education has experienced an increase in the use of ICT-related tools, to some extent driven by the pandemic situation that occurred during the past academic years 2019/20 and 2020/21. Face-to-face small group practices that required the use of specific equipment by students have been relegated to other types of activities that allow keeping an adequate distance between individuals. At this point, active methodologies acquire a fundamental role for large group virtual theoretical classes, when having to keep focussed for one hour and a half on the traditional masterful method, thus becoming a true challenge. This paper presents the work carried out to complement the teaching of the subject Graphic Engineering and Topography, and more precisely, in the area related to topographic levelling to incorporate the flipped classroom model as a pilot experience in some topics. The follow-up of this experience has been performed by means of activity reports and a satisfaction survey.
