Diseases of the parathyroid glands (PTG) that require surgical treatment include primary (PHPT), secondary (SHPT) and tertiary hyperparathyroidism (THPT). Despite the different pathogenesis, in hyperparathyroidism, there is first a hyperplasia of the PTG, and then their modification into PTG adenomas, with hyperergasia, which is an indication for their removal [1,2]. The number of detected patients with PTG pathology is constantly increasing, which allows many authors to talk about an endocrinological epidemic [3,4]. The main surgical aspect that causes certain technical difficulties of surgical intervention is an accurate localization diagnosis of pathologically altered PTG. It is the detection of all adenomas during the operation that determines its effectiveness and outcome [7,8,9]. The use of the hardware and software complex "Autoplan" allows a personalized approach to each patient, taking into account localization diagnosis, to perform surgical intervention quickly and with little trauma. At the same time, the need for a long and not always technically simple exploration of the neck in search of pathological PTG, and, accordingly, the possibility of developing postoperative complications, is reduced to almost zero [10].
