- Highlights ► We evaluated clinical factors that influence CYP-derived eicosanoids in CAD patients. ► Obesity and advancing age were associated with lower EET levels. ► Obesity and cigarette smoking were associated with lower epoxide:diol ratios. ► Renin–angiotensin system inhibitor use was associated with lower 20-HETE levels. ► CAD patients exhibited lower sEH metabolic activity relative to healthy individuals.
