Equitable Real Estate Investment Management Inc. has completed a $456 million refinancing of approximately 150 properties owned by partners in Trammell Crow Co. The transaction was announced jointly Monday by the companies. The properties consist of 70 percent industrial/warehouse buildings, 20 percent retail centers and 10 percent office buildings and are located primarily in seven Southwestern states, mostly in Texas, Arizona and Colorado.
