- Informix Software Inc., (NASDAQ:IFMX) has announced that INFORMIX-OnLine/Secure version 4.1, a multi-level secure relational database management systems (DBMS) for secure UNIX platforms, is now available for systems, which utilize the AT&T System V/MLS B1 secure operating system. OnLine/Secure has also entered the second phase (Design Analysis Phase) of the U.S. National Computer Security Center's (NCSC) evaluation for B1 certification. OnLine/Secure was the first DBMS selected by the NCSC to enter evaluation at the B1 and C2 levels of security. (excerpt)
