• (BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2001--Willbros Group Inc. (NYSE:WG) announced today that, at its annual meeting held May 9, [John H. Williams] and [Michael J. Pink] were reelected to its board of directors for a three year term, and that [Warren L. Williams], 45, vice president of finance and accounting, was named chief financial officer. Williams succeeds Melvin F. Spreitzer, 62, as finance chief. Spreitzer, executive vice president and a director, will continue to serve in those capacities with the Company. In addition to the reelection of Williams and Pink, Willbros reported that shareholders approved an amendment to the Company's stock plan and ratified KPMG LLP as auditors for the 2001 fiscal year.
