• Given the attention and resources being devoted to decarbonization and the drive toward electrifying buildings and transportation among other uses, there is a need to reengineer the relationships that utilities as buyers have with key suppliers. Strengthening the supply chain for utility infrastructure requires challenging old paradigms and moving away from the traditional relationship among and between buyers and participants along the supply chain.
