Joseph's new 843 sq ft store is located between Russell & Bromley and The Body Shop in grade II-listed Kingsland House at 124 Regent Street. The opening has taken its total UK stores to five, alongside eight concessions in Selfridges, Fenwick and Harvey Nichols. The space features a clay quarry-tiled floor, inspired by the cobbled streets of Paris, and a black oak "library style" display wall with internally illuminated shelves, which creates the backdrop to the space, while solid oak hanging rails with brass detailing provide an intimate and minimalist environment. Reflecting the "duality" of the brand - Paris chic and London cool - the store combines natural materials such as plaster with contrasting textures in colours of matt black and satiny white. Furniture is carved from sustainable oak with a burnt black finish.
