• Abstract We introduce the concept of »Safer Space« as an important tool for »good organizations« that are both inclusive and able to learn. Through practical experience at the VentureVilla, an accelerator for early-stage start-ups, we found indications of the enabling effects of Safer Spaces on both aspects. While previous studies argue that inclusion and the ability to learn may be conflict-ridden, we show that Safer Spaces can reconcile these aspects.
