Fourteen early-career artists have been selected for the 2005 NEA/TCG Career Development Program for Directors and Designers, developed and administered by Theatre Communications Group in Collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts, and supported in part by the Ford Foundation. This program offers recipients an opportunity to spend six months, over a two-year period, developing their knowledge of the field.
