EVALUATE THE PILOT TRAINING PROGRAM (BY BOTH TRAINERS AND PARTICIPANTS). 6. REVISE THE TRAINING PROGRAM. 7. PREPARE A WRITTEN REPORT TO MANAGEMENT. 8. CONDUCT THE TRAINING. 9 CONDUCT A POST-PROGRAM EVALUATION. PERHAPS THE MOST CRUCIAL OF THESE STEPS IS THE IDENTIFICATION OF TRAINING NEEDS. THIS CAN BE DONE BY ANALYZING EACH INDIVIDUAL'S JOB-PERFORMANCE AND TRAINING NEEDS AND BY ANALYZING THE NEEDS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
