• PC Group Ltd and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co entered into a joint venture to acquire and redevelop the Chelsea Barracks in the City of Westminster. Both parties subsequently entered into a sale and purchase agreement, under which CPC sold its interest in the joint venture to Qatari. Although the judge decided that Qatari was in breach of other aspects of the contract, he found the real estate company had not breached its "all reasonable endeavors" obligation on this point.
