• Charts the journey of the authors through four consecutive meetings (2005-2008) of the Association for Social Anthropology in Oceania (ASAO). Provides brief narratives of their individual journeys to anthropology. Recites the genealogy of their ASAO sessions while also documenting the events ethnographically as sites of indigenous anthropology. Examines the themes of indigeneity, articulation, and genealogy that served as frameworks for the authors' conversations at the meetings.
