• English Discusses the work of Cornelis II Floris, particularly sepulchral monuments, in the larger Baltic area, as well as that of four of his assistants and followers: Willem van den Blocke, Philip Brandin, Robert Coppens, and Gert I van Egen. Points out that the patrons of these works from Denmark, Prussia, Poland, Sweden and Mecklenburg were dynastically related. Also points to the influence of print series by Hans Vredeman de Vries.
