- Several single center studies as well as registry data have shown decreased graft survival in renal transplant black recipients as compared to nonblacks, in both the precyclosporine and cyclosporine eras. Our data were retrospectively analyzed with a view to study the impact of immunosuppression on graft survival and cumulative rejection episodes in black renal transplant recipients.
