- Nuclear, mitochondrial, microsomal and soluble fractions in the thyroid of a stillborn calf with congenital goitre were analysed for their iodotyrosine, de-iodinase and thyroglobulin protease activities and for their iodine/nitrogen ratios compared with those of a normal calf.
