• Cytochrome P450s display a remarkable range of conformations in parallel with activity toward a great diversity of substrates. This aspect of P450s now extends to include the dynamic behavior of the protein, as shown by recent crystal structures of Cyp51 ( Podust et al., 2004b, this issue of Structure).
