  • This text begins with comparative analysis of the different regimes in the field of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, which are in use today evidence, and diplomatic reciprocity regime), and then the recognition and enforcement regime in BiH is analyzed. The author points out the existence of general regime and some special regimes. Some of them are regulated by PIL Act (c. g. matrimonial and paternal decisions and other decisions concerning personal status), and some of them are regulated by international instruments regime for decisions concerning civil aspects of international child abduction, decisions concerning international adoption, and maintenance abroad). Afterwards, the attempts on international unification of rules concerning recognition and enforcement are in focus, first in EU, and then on the broader international plan.
