- Key points A 15‐min asynchronous online module was developed to provide cancer caregivers with communication and health literacy training for working with doctors and nurses The module was considered feasible and achieved high participant satisfaction Caregivers' communication attitudes, knowledge, and skill were improved post‐module Nearly all participants (99%) demonstrated use of module‐specific communication tools and strategies
