• BACKGROUNDPulmonary embolism and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) are rare complications of Behcet's disease, especially in pediatric patients. AIMS/METHODS/RESULTS/CONCLUSIONSThis case report highlights a presentation of CTEPH in an adolescent with Behcet's disease. A multidisciplinary approach was required for managing this patient's CTEPH, which successfully reversed the patient's pulmonary hypertension.
