• •Recent studies indicate that ATG reduces severe acute and chronic GVHD after PBSCT.•We evaluated effects of low-dose (2mg/kg) ATG-T on T-cell depletion for GVHD prophylaxis after PBSCT.•Flow cytometric analysis showed the significant depletion of naïve T-cells by low-dose ATG-T.•ATG-T significantly decreased in absolute numbers of all T-cell subsets evaluated.
