Abstract Computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) technology is available for the fabrication of complete dentures as an alternative to conventional fabrication techniques. This report describes a work flow for a technique that combines the use of conventional impressions and maxillomandibular relationship records with CAD-CAM technology for the fabrication of maxillary and mandibular complete dentures.
