- Eric Simões1 hypothesises that the difference in impact on subsequent wheezing between our blinded randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of monoclonal antibody respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prevention in healthy, term, Native American infants2 and that of four other RSV prevention studies in preterm infants3-6 might relate to differences in underlying wheezing susceptibility in the study populations.
