This paper firstly describes the application of information technology in enterprise management development phases and the concept of ERP, secondly analyzes the value gained by the enterprises to implement ERP system as well as the constraints and corresponding solutions that exist in the process of implementing ERP, finally introduces the future trend of ERP.
