- Micro-Abstract Expression of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) in non–small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has mainly been examined using surgically resected specimens. We retrospectively evaluated the expression of PD-L1 using immunohistochemistry in 79 paired small biopsy and resected specimens of NSCLC. The concordance between the samples was good, with a concordance rate of 92.4% and κ value of 0.8366.
