Dynamic and kinematic viscosities, and densities of the ternary mixture {x sub(1) propanol + x sub(2) DMF + x sub(3) chloroform} and of the three corresponding binary systems have been measured at 293.15, 303.15, 313.15 and 323.15 K and atmospheric pressure. The thermophysical properties, viscosity deviations ( Delta eta ), kinematic viscosity ( gamma ), excess Gibbs energies of activation of viscous flow (G* super(E)) and excess molar volumes (V super(E)) have been calculated from experimental values of dynamic viscosity, eta , and density, rho . The different results have been correlated by the Redlich-Kister equation for the binary mixtures and the Cibulka equation for equation for the ternary ones.
