  • Take example for the heat dissipation design of small power photovoltaic inverter, basic logics and theories used in Flotherm software are put forward in the beginning, then the optimization to the heat sink and the thermal simulation analysis in system level are introduced, as well as the scheme selection and optimization. By contrasting the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation solution with the test results in engineering prototype, the optimized scheme completely meets the requirements of engineering and reliability design of products through the analysis and estimation. The effects and revises made by height to the heat dissipation are also introduced. The advantage and reliability of the thermal design of electric and electronics equipments based on Flotherm are verified.
