- The induction of ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase and of the cytochrome P450 concentration after single subcutaneous doses of TCDD was investigated in liver microsomes of adult marmoset monkeys ( Callithrix jacchus) and adult male rats. The concentrations of TCDD in the liver were determined parallely.
