• The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, England, has a book of drawings collected by John Talman. Two of the drawings, dated from the late 16th century, show the project to decorate a chapel's walls and ceilings. The iconography of the drawings and the artists techniques are analyzed. Through this examination, the drawings can be attributed to Federico Brandani, who designed the stucco for the Loreto chapel in the 1570s.
