Nowadays, Chaos Theory is applied to all areas of science from sociology to traffic. It is expressed that the theory which leads to significant innovations in natural sciences and engineering applications has created a scientific revolution. This also brings new perspectives in the social sciences. As is closely followed in our country, sociology is engaged in efforts to determine the social events by using the means of Chaos Theory.
