Characteristic ultrasound features of pseudoaneurysms include the presence of pulsatile dilatation and the 'ying-yang' sign of turbulent flow, both seen in this patient, as well as the 'to-and-fro' blood flow through the pseudoaneurysm neck, which is considered pathognomonic of pseudoaneurysms.
