This is the final issue of the second English-language volume of the Journal of Personnel Psychology ( JPP). Over the last 2 years, we have consolidated the process of transferring from the established German journal, Zeitschrift für Personalpsychologie ( ZPP), to a fully international outlet. We will continue to accept papers as original research or review articles and research notes in all fields of personnel psychology and neighboring disciplines and we very much look forward to receiving papers but also feedback and suggestions from authors and readers of the Journal of Personnel Psychology.
