• Education 4.0 is the use and teaching of technological tools at different educational levels in relation to industry advances, which is why it dictates updates in the skills of students and mainly for the teacher. The objective of this instrument is to provide a tool that can be used in other higher education institutions to know the current state of teachers' capabilities in this new educational modality. Through the bibliographic review and the documentary review, a series of questions on general data, technical, methodological, social, and personal competencies are proposed and at the end a section on the implementation of education 4.0 in the teaching-learning process is carried out. Revisión literaria Según la Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP, 2020) "la educación es el principal componente del tejido social y el mejor instrumento para garantizar equidad y acceso a una mejor calidad de vida para todos, además de ser formadora del talento humano requerido para la competitividad y el desarrollo del país", a través de esta se puede lograr una mayor estabilidad no solo en el fortalecimiento económico del país sino también el de los individuos logrando capital humano mejor preparado para las empresas y personas más capacitadas para afrontar las dificultades.
