• Efficient search and access to mechanical workshops have posed significant challenges in the city of Trujillo, Peru. The Mobile-D methodology was followed for its development, a five-phase process (Exploration, Initialization, Production, Stabilization, and Testing) that places a strong emphasis on constant user interaction. Results from the implementation of Maskay indicate a significant reduction in access time, an increase in the number of workshop searches, and an enhancement in customer satisfaction. In summary, Maskay provides an effective and efficient solution to overcome current challenges related to locating and accessing mechanical workshops in Trujillo and has the potential to be applied to other regions with similar challenges.
