Efficient and Stable Quasi‐2D Ruddlesden–Popper Perovskite Solar Cells by Tailoring Crystal Orientation and Passivating Surface Defects (Adv. Mater. 31/2023)
Perovskite Solar Cells
In article number 2302143, Ju‐Hyeon Kim, Heejoo Kim, Kwanghee Lee, and co‐workers describe an efficient quasi‐2D‐perovskite‐based solar cell. They improve the photocurrent and stability of the cell through a simple post‐treatment, which induces both defect passivation and crystal reconstruction effects, resulting in efficient charge transport. This approach provides an innovative technique for achieving high‐performance quasi‐2D‐perovskite‐based optoelectronic devices.
