  • Abstract The traditional piler structure is column type. The stacker of this structure needs the same height as the top of the warehouse. At present, there is no good solution for highly inconsistent special-shaped warehouses. This paper proposes a piler based on the requirement of variable height of the piler based on a double shear fork mechanism. The double shear difference mechanism drives the lifting and lowering of the piler. Since there is no need to arrange rails on the top of the warehouse, they can be used in warehouses with different heights. Especially for warehouses with a height of less than 3 m, this new structure of piler has broad application space and application prospects. Finally, according to the actual working force of the piler, the mechanical model is established and verified by FEM. It is proved that the stacking machine with this structure has good mechanical properties.
