  • The article proposes the results of scientific research on the development of a mathematical model of the process of forming an adhesive bond between substrate and an adhesive. The main parameter that determines the quality of the adhesive joint is the strength of the adhesive seam. Therefore, in order to maximize the correspondence of the results of the performed mathematical modeling, the parameter of adhesive bond strength was used as the main modeled parameter. The obtained mathematical model makes it possible to take into account the interaction of processes occurring in the adhesive structure under the influence of an external influence of a constant magnetic field and to determine the optimal irradiation time. The performed mathematical modeling makes it possible to solve technological problems of choosing processing parameters in a constant magnetic field of the adhesive used and to predict the strength of the adhesive bond after the binder is completely cured. The result of the carried out mathematical modeling is the obtaining of approximating expressions that allow with a high degree of reliability to obtain the final value of the adhesive bond strength for the entire range of variable factors and optimize, depending on the strength requirements for the adhesive bond, the degree of external influence of a constant magnetic field.
