• Our persent time , all parts of the society have been living through some problems such as ; failure in adaptation to the developments in the science and technology and fulfilling needs of the information age while expecting solutions to be found to these problems. Establishing the quality organization in the Turkish Education System is the action to be taken both to find solutions to these problems and to keep pace with the changes in the science and technology. Besides ,Total Quality Management is a universal progress .It is a philosophy and a form of approach beyond borders. It is in a continuous improvement itself while foreseeing a continuous change. Starting with this point, we have tried to explain the effects of the total quality management on the education quality and its application in education field. A private institution which has the TQM has been investigated and compared with another school which doesn't have TQM. And the difference shave been revealed.
