Beschreibungen/Notizen
Hybrid Cu2O–Au films grown on Cu foils were synthesized by an easily accessible galvanic replacement reaction (GRR) between Cu and HAuCl4. Cu2O appears in the morphology of nanocube with the size ranging from 200 nm to 500 nm, and is decorated by Au nanoparticles. This free-standing electrode shows excellent catalytic activity toward glucose in an alkaline medium. Linear response was obtained over a concentration ranging from 1 to 20 mM. This electrode is also able to eliminate the interference from uric acid (UA), ascorbic acid (AA) and dopamine (DA) during the detection of glucose. This study provides a new strategy to the synthesis of cubic Cu2O based nanocomposite, which is a promising candidate for applying to non-enzymatic glucose sensor.
