• The incidence of atrial fibrillation (adjudicated as a new onset event), cardio- and cerebro-vascular events, MACE, and/or cardiovascular deaths were low and comparable across the treatment groups (Table). Conclusions These data support the safety of twice-daily indacaterol/glycopyrrolate 27.5/15.6 |jg from the pooled FLIGHT1 and FLIGHT2 studies, and reassures the long-term safety and tolerability of twice-daily indacaterol/glycopyrrolate 27.5/15.6 jg from the FLIGHT3 study in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD.
