• Rationale: Prospective real-world data are important to supplement clinical trial data, especially in heterogeneous diseases like asthma. Mean (SD) baseline FEV1 percentage predicted was 88% (17) and improved on average by 8% to 95% (20), which represents an absolute improvement of 160mLs compared with baseline. 71.6% (48/67) of adolescent patients with baseline ACT data reported poorly controlled asthma at baseline based on ACT score of <20.
